See more Arts V @RT20209636 03/09/2022 The overall is pretty great, the producers knew not to take themselves too seriously and that helps them separate it from the more serious HeMan cartoons currently out there. it does have a few faults as the more silly tone clashed with the serious tone and unfortunately plot holes arose. Stratos is a missed opportunity and a victim of the - serious, not serious- dynamic of the show, as he felt like a character that had a profound story but the animators could not take advantage of it. One of the things that hurt Netflix shows is how few episodes they have as this could easily have been 14 episodes much like Kevin Smith's iteration. The final episode is a slow burn intended on preparing a boiling pot. As always the animation is great, and the building tension keeps you on edge. what sets it back is that the final spark that blows everything to all hells is the cliche of - didnt hear the whole conversation- specially considering that the part of the conversation that was heard did not fit in with the part that would have diffused the situation. The final fight is pretty well done but everything that leads up to it conveys a great deal of plotholes. Still it is an amazing end of second part and keeps you interested, and yearning for the next part of the series. I recommend this show for people who just wants a kids cartoon with some stakes and great action. If you like Troll Hunters and Clone Wars, then season 1 and season 2 will satisfy you.
