d b @RT48072995 Feb 16 The first episode was so boring with the Asian girl taking up nearly the whole episode. So few people that peak interest. Move on and sow more people. It seemed like things were going well and then there was just a sudden lack of communication amongst the couples. This episode shows that the administrative side of the show including the sociologist and psychologist that help navigate this should be more involved. To help encourage the couples to navigate through their meltdowns or lack of communication. I believe KB who is a social worker People should understand that she does that for work and that's why her communication style is very intent forward and direct. They're just seem to be so much drama amongst the couples and nobody got married.. this could fall on the administration of the show not collaborating the individual characteristics of each person to make sure that there would be matches . And I do feel the sociologist and psychologist to work with the couples a little bit and it should be shown in the episodes moving forward. With the exception of Jordan and Anton, the entire cast — men and women alike — felt like a parade of superficiality and self-obsession. The women, in particular, seemed as if they’d all swallowed a broomstick: expressionless, stiff, botoxed into oblivion, and painfully identical — a true copy-paste generation. There was no spark, no spontaneity, not a hint of genuine laughter or emotion. It often felt as though they were more concerned about how their profile looked on camera than about the people they were hurting. Their constant revolving-door relationships — switching partners as often as they change underwear — only highlights their emotional immaturity. These are people nowhere near ready for serious commitment, let alone marriage. What we saw this season was a gallery of lost, shallow, and meaningless interactions, wrapped in a glossy filter of vanity. A generation convinced that being attractive is the same as being interesting — and it’s not. Season 9 was less entertainment and more an endurance test. So sad and honestly such a dissatisfying season, it makes me never want to watch another season if this is the track they are going down. Do better.
