I’m really not the target audience for this show, but for all its faults "Monarch: Legacy of Monsters" season 2 did interest me enough to see it through to the end and still have some interest in seeing where a few of these characters go...

I like the show overall and I woulda given more stars but Anna Sawais character Kate suuuuuuuuucks. Go get some therapy or walk off the Golden Gate Bridge (the character Kate, not Anna). The biggest drama queen who literally is to blame for all her problems j

1 star for the CGI, 1 star for Wyatt Russel's acting. The rest is unfortunately, in my opinion, very disappointing. The writing is overly simplistic, very predictable, and dialogues have mostly no meaning. It all feels very fake. No disrespect to the actors involved, but I can't understand how that much money can be put in making a series like this. The bar is so low.

La serie busca expandir el monsterverse y el universo de Monarch, pero al igual que la primera, esta temporada se siente estancada en un romance innecesario que rompe el ritmo. Los efectos especiales son buenos, pero no compensan la falta de acción y el exceso de tramas sentimentales que poco aportan al lore de los monstruos

Lots of talking, lots of rambling, recurring family problems that never end, danger that is never seen for the main characters, which gives the feeling that nothing will ever happen to them, the monsters only appearing and having some action in the final minutes of each episode. The series boils down to that. Pure rot!
