Critic Reviews for Nashville Season 3
All Critics (8) | Top Critics (4) | Fresh (8) | Rotten (0)
[It's] compelling in a cartoony, over-the-top way.
Both Chris Carmack and Charles Esten are good singers and great performers.
The writers enjoy putting us through overwhelming pain and anxiety, but hopefully that's all a red herring?
It's nice to call Nashville - and to have Nashville - home.
We'll continue to invest in this sort of sincerity.
[It is] easily the most entertaining network show in this time period.
This was a great episode for the opening of a new season. I'm glad that they addressed all of the loose ends from the past season's finale. The way they kicked off season three leaves the audience with so many questions about what could happen next.
It's only been one episode but the drama is already heating up.
Audience Reviews for Nashville: Season 3

Jul 31, 2017With Season 3, Nashville comes back with great and inspiring new songs, with a sharp and interesting writting, and most of all, with a captivating plot that will please not only the country fans but also everyone who likes to sail in a sea full on enterteining, sincerity and dazzling charm. I have to say it, Connie Britton and Hayden Patteniere were really the certain optain for their roles, Britton brings charm and charisma to this show and Patteniere brings power, rage and ache.

Apr 14, 2015I love this show, I love the music from this show (and I used to completely HATE country music!) The acting is great. I love it. I want it to keep going and going.

Nov 19, 2014The only difference between this show and a typical daytime soap opera is the time it airs. I've lived in Nashville. I worked in the music business. This show makes a mockery of the lives of many talented people, and a city that is more than just the music business. It's embarrassing.

Nov 10, 2014I love this show, it's a musical soap opera. The only music I like comes from Scarlett and Gunner and sometimes from Avery but the acting on this show is TERRIBLE, that's a T.E.R.R.I.B.L.E. I mean it's painful sometimes how bad the acting is, yet, I can't stop watching it. :)
