Paul Teutul Sr. is known by motorcycle enthusiasts and TV viewers alike as the man in charge of custom motorcycle manufacturer Orange County Choppers (OCC), which has been featured in reality shows for a number of years. In this series that shares its name with the company, Senior and the OCC team must finish projects on tight deadlines while dealing with big egos and the chaos that comes with a group of rough and rowdy co-workers. Among the challenges the crew faces is welcoming newly hired creative director Evan, who must earn his colleagues' respect and prove he's worthy of the position.
