Dead S 10/17/2024 Big fan of RT audience reviews as they are normally spot on, so when I saw this had 91% thought I was into a winner. Star studded cast clinched it, however the acting was like watching a hammed up panto and the director must have been drunk as it was all over the show. Season 1 is perfect. See more 12/13/2021 Fantastic show! Each episode has a good pace for the plot. The aunts are all very likable, as is Matilda. It is a very quirky show, but the actresses make it work well. Each brings a special component to the show and they play well off of each other. The only thing frustrating about the show is the almost inconsequential aspect of Matilda's love interest. Whether or not she has a love interest is not important.
