Well I'm really saddened to see this show ending but sure everyone didn't like the ending...but I do. Sure it was quickly paced but although the plot is really interesting. And I have enjoyed the Starco kiss

Although I still preferred the first and second seasons of this show about a magical princess from an alternate dimension, season 4 is a suitable finale to the show. The best thing this season does is correct the weaknesses of the last one. When Star (voiced by The Middle's Eden Sher) moved back to Mewni from Earth, the show lost some energy , The Mewni storylines weren't as interesting. The writers course corrected here and I found myself entertained again. (The opening is a little weak. You spend an episode and a half with a bunch of one-note characters called the Pie Folk who are basically somewhat uncomfortable Romani (Gypsy) stereotypes). A lot more focus is on the monster/Mewman social and racial dynamics here and it really pays off. It serves as a really nuanced way to teach children about the dangers of and dealing with racism. All the previous elements of world building come together here. The ending to the show is really something. This season focuses a lot more on the assorted cast rather than just Star, which helped a lot since they were losing steam on what to do with her. Star's dark and weird stuff-loving friend from Earth Janna (Abby Elliott) is a lot better incorporated in this season. However, fans of Ludo {Alan Tudyk), who was once a regular and the main villain, will be disappointed to see him basically get one episode. Though, he does get a proper wrap-up. The last season felt a little too story heavy. This one focuses more on the humor. Plus, the dimension-hopping is back, which I missed. Overall, the show doesn't have quite the same comic energy as it started out with, but I am still impressed with the storytelling here.

Filled with pacing issues, a bad ending, and even a hint of sequelitus, Star Vs may come to a disappointing finale, but can still be considered a fun watch for fans of the previous seasons.

2nd favourite season after the 3rd Amazing work and fantastic finale !!!

The worst season of the series. It started fine, but after the second half, the writing became so flawed that it was impossible not to notice it. I'm not even sure how people that came up with such good things in the past could think this was a good way to end the entire show.

Weakest season, not worth watching. Felt so forced. Sad it will end with everything being a huge mess.

    its overtaking gravity falls

This season has brought with it a hyped climax and one that will surely pay off

    By far the best season
