Not all episodes were as good.. but all in all a fun watch and interesting extension of the SW universe See more Mate P @matepolcz Oct 31 Star Wars: Visions volume 1 is mixed. There are episodes that are among my favourite Star Wars stories, but this one has my least favourites too. The highs are extremely high, but the lows are really low. Some of these stories deserve their own fleshed out universes. The cinematography is the element that was at least pretty good in all of the episodes. Anime is not my thing, so I didn't love the modern stuff. On the other hand I adored the old school animation, that resembles hand drawing and stop motion. The casting is amazing, I watched the English version and I was surprised by some of the big names. The score is also something I loved in most shorts. As a long time star wars fan, this was actually quite refreshing to watch. The animation was incredible. Overall I loved this show and I hope more things like it come out.
