Katia Ricciarelli was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Ricciarelli began her career with roles in "Un Ballo in Maschera" (1979-1980), "Met Centennial Gala Telecast" (PBS, 1983-84) and "Falstaff" (1985-86). Later, she acted in "Otello" (1986), "The Night of Music: A Global Celebration" (PBS, 1986-87) and "Jose Carreras and Friends" (1991-92). She also appeared in "La Seconda Notte Di Nozze" (2005) and the Fabio Volo foreign "Black and White" (2008). More recently, Ricciarelli acted in the Pierpaolo Zizzi dramatic comedy "Gli Amici del bar Margherita" (2009).
