I hated this movie. Katherine Heigl's character was cruel with only a paper thin justification. She had almost zero chemistry with her romantic interests, of which there were two. It's only redeeming quality is that the final scene is quite cute. I generally love romantic comedies but this is an exception.
If you like romcoms, this is one for you. It follows the formula exactly. It isn't a bad movie. It's just exactly like every other movie like this.
Some of the jokes fall flat but the cast is great and make the best of what they are given.
Not the worst rom com but it is still predictable and really not worth watching.
Always a bridesmaid never a bridesmaid
This movie tells about a girl who lives in her own fairytale and expect a lot from like but its the ending which is important as it tells how that girl transforms into someone ready to face the world
In a nutshell: it's fucking bad. As in not good. As in don't support garbage cinema like this. As in please don't watch it
This is a retelling of idea â~knight in shining armourâ(TM). Our lead actress is idealistic, kind-hearted, live her life for others and whatever. The lead actor doesnâ(TM)t believe in love while covering weddings in a US magazine. And you get the gist of movie. These 2 meet, have some fights, have differences in opinions and finally they fall in love. Characters are mainly one dimensional thus you canâ(TM)t relate to them
ITâ(TM)S NOTHING TO WRITE HOME ABOUT.
KATHERINE HEIGL LOOKS PRETTY EFFORTLESSLY [IT WORKS AGAINST HER AS SHE IS SHOWN THAT SHE HAS AN INFERIORITY COMPLEX TO HER SISTER IN PHYSICAL APPEARANCE] AND THE LEAD ACTOR IS QUITE HANDSOME AND HAS A GREAT SMILE. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH CHEMISTRY BETWEEN THE LEAD ACTORS AND EVEN THE FINAL SPEECH DOESNâ(TM)T EVOKE ANY PARTICULAR EMOTION. JUDY GREER [AS HEIGLâ(TM)S BEST FRIEND] IS GOOD AND PLAYS THE PART WITH A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR. MALIN AKERMAN [TESS] HAS A VERY ONE-DIMENSIONAL CHARACTER WHERE SHE IS SHOWN AS A GOLD-DIGGER APART FROM THE LAST MONOLOGUE SHE SHARE WITH HER SISTER. NO OTHER SUPPORTING CAST HAS ANY SIGNIFICANT ROLE
The performance of James Marsden is probably the highlight in this. A few laughs here and there don’t make up for the predictable script.
This movie is truly one that I can watch overband over again. It's has the perfect amount of cheesey romance, to heart felt lines that make your heart melt. This movie is everything and more you want in one romantic movie.
27 dresses is such a good movie. I love Katherine Heigl and James! Rewatch this movie again using boxxy software
