Set several centuries in the future, the abandoned Alita is found in the scrapyard of Iron City by Ido, a compassionate cyber-doctor who takes the unconscious cyborg Alita to his clinic. The idea of it was super cool. I’ll definitely be reading the manga bc nothing is better than the original. Not sure if this is book accurate at all, but I hate how she meets her love interest right away and automatically clings to him, it would’ve been nice to see her have someone else to converse with. The dialogue is also cringey at a couple parts and the acting isn’t the best, but for the plot I’d say it’s worth a watch.
