Barb e Star são duas amigas, em torno dos 40 anos, que moram em uma cidade do interior. Depois de perderem os empregos, porque a loja onde trabalhavam fechou. decidem viajar de férias para a cidade de Vista Del Mar, na Flórida. Lá elas se metem em confusão, redescobrem o amor e tem que enfrentar uma vilã que quer matar a todos na cidade. Alguém poderia me dizer onde está o humor nessa dita comédia? Temos duas personagens chatas e falastronas, que pegam qualquer assunto ridículo e torna pauta importante. Para elas! Sinceridade, o papo sobre a tal da Trish no avião deveria ser considerado tortura. Esse tipo de comédia boba que os ex-participantes do Saturday Night Live tendem a fazer já deveria ter sido extinta. Enchem de participações especiais, com colegas que se dignam a fazer essa baboseira. A trama é ridícula, com uma vilã a la James Bond. Já que tinham o Jamie Dornan, porque não fizeram uma comédia de disputa entre elas pelo bonitão? Seria muito mais engraçado. Outra coisa: Jamie Dornan não leva jeito para comédia. Decididamente, deveriam ter deixado os mosquitos cumprirem o seu papel.

This movie is truly the funniest film I've seen in a long time! It's almost like a mix between Austin Powers/Police Academy/Airplane type funny. Kristen Wig and Annie Mumolo are such amazing comedic writers and performers, and Jamie Dornan is the perfectly naive and lovable henchman/love interest. I truly wanted this movie to keep going on and never end! It will lift your spirits and make you stupid laugh, especially with the musical numbers! Absolutely loved every second!!!
