Honestly, this movie was just BAD 😭. I genuinely tried to give it a chance, but the more I watched, the more I started questioning why I was still sitting there. The plot barely made sense, the acting was absolutely terrible understand. The whole thing felt so fake. And don't even get me started on the spiders because WHAT was that??? 😭😭 Those spiders were supposed to be scary, but they looked so fake that instead of being terrified, I was just sitting there thinking. Overall, I give this movie ½/10, and honestly, that half point is me being extremely generous. Everything about it felt fake, forced, confusing, and unnecessarily stupid. I finished the movie with absolutely no sense of satisfaction just a million questions and one very important thought: A complete waste of time, with terrible acting, questionable logic, zero entertainment value, and some of the fakest-looking spiders I've ever seen. I didn't watch a movie I endured an experience. 😭😂

Spider Island is not without its flaws, but it is still a fun examination of what happens when obnoxious influencers encounter deadly creatures that do not care about their subscriber counts.

Spider Island was pretty decent. The story was interesting and there were some entertaining moments, but it didn’t really stand out to me. It wasn’t very scary for me personally—there was only one jumpscare that actually got me 😭. I think it could’ve been better overall, but it was still worth watching. 3/5 ⭐️
