See more Sam S Oct 23 Nothing onscreen that depicts the ravages of cocaine on a community more than this film When 1100 pounds of pure cocaine washes ashore in a sleepy fishing village in the Azores, locals essentially become addicts overnight as the cocaine devastates the social structure of the village.
