Untitled Home Invasion Romance is a strange blend of thriller and relationship drama that never fully decides what story it wants to tell. The concept is interesting, combining the tension of a home invasion with emotional relationship conflicts, but the screenplay struggles to stay focused. Subplots drift in and out of the narrative and leave the film feeling scattered rather than tightly constructed. The performances are decent but rarely powerful enough to sell the heavier moments. Scenes that should feel intense often pass by without much impact. The direction also feels uncertain at times, as if the film is still searching for its identity while the story unfolds. There are brief sparks of potential and the core idea could have worked with stronger structure. In the end, it is a mixed streaming film that may be worth watching for free, but it never becomes particularly memorable.

Give this one a stream! No Oscars here but it's well acted, well filmed, and has a nice twist. Might be a little gory for some but it's a fun watch.

In his directorial debut, Jason Biggs gives audiences a fun and hilarious comedy thriller that would completely work a fun date night companion piece to last year’s film “Guns Up” that starred Kevin James and Christina Ricci. Biggs and his co-star actress Meaghan Rath have excellent chemistry in this one and the plot is a fun cover your tracks style story.
