Although it is made in a light-hearted and entertaining way that makes it easy to watch, its blatant refusal to actually point out the immorality behind being on a website that promotes having affairs will grind anyone’s gears.

It is far more interesting seeing how people compartmentalise and rationalise their behaviour. The show is also a Rorschach test, with viewers who have been unfaithful themselves more likely to be sympathetic.

The first episode was very slow almost hard to finish, but episode 2 brought it back. The final episode was the best, especially finding out that almost all of the female profiles were fakes and they were just trying to steal money from men.

I liked the beginning of this series. Well-produced. But it doesn’t quite go far enough in investigating the actual crime. And it doesn’t interrogate the religious aspect enough. 3 stars

Awful doc. Seems to somehow be promoting AM? The interviewees are cringe at best and they have no one talking about how many lives were ruined by this website. It's just fluff.

This is good for what it is - a recounting of the rise of the dating app/website for people who wanted to have an affair, it’s mysterious, unsolved hack, and the leak of tons of names of customers, that had devastating effects for some people who signed up. The documentary has perspectives from inside the company at low and high levels, and from customers and their friends and family who were victimized by the still unidentified hacker. All in all it was an interesting story.
