Season two had much better pacing and ending than season one. Each episode had something major happen where they all felt they needed to be. The commentary on the political climate we live in today is ASTOUNDING! I also really enjoyed the fighting scenes in this season.

This season of born again is a downgrade and a rushed mess with pacing issues to add. Numerous characters either being given proper screen time or just not making sense to the story anymore. Ep.8 the way it ended made no sense, what even was with fisk? Free? Dude killed in no self defense way and Matt was yeah. There should have been 10(+) episodes instead of 8. There was not much bigger character development for some characters except the key players. By development, I mean character depth. Either being a main player or a real side character and not seem like a background character. Some characters were seeming under the impression of having bigger parts than they got. While they just seemed shoved into the story or just being there and not doing anything for the plot. White tiger, BB, Daniel (huh? that was it?), Charles, Heather (snooze and cringe) trying to set up ig? Season 2 has more problems than you realize. Plus, Kingpin as villain has to go, direction with BA is not great.

A strange measure I have come up with for measuring the quality of modern Disney shows is whether or not anything substantial actually happens. Daredevil: Born Again is not a great show, but it is a decent one. Things do happen, though not very quickly. In isolation, there's a lot of good material here, but the whole isn't all that spectacular.

The first season was great, I don't know why they changed it and made it so boring. It's not even about Daredevil anymore, it just became a Kingpin Show.
