Svan P @RT62109946 Jun 18 Started Great. Well produced. Then episode three they wayward from the story and turn about gay men loving each other. Of course is black-and-white. In this time of fatigue I don’t care in this fictional story. What happens to that guy in jail. Why did every story have to have black and white love with gay men. See more Annabeth A @RT25387131 Oct 20 I thought this was excellent, and I rarely think anything is excellent. I thought the acting was great, particularly Max Irons. I thought it was gripping, I loved the scenery, costumes, plot twists, the way it was shot, everything. The only thing I didn't love was the was that Olivia's cousin changed at the end, it didn't seem in character, it seemed a little out of character. But within the story as a whole it was such a small thing, absolutely wonderful series. Kate Mulgrew was fantastic as she always is, and the leading actress just got better as time went on. I liked seeing how this family descended into total dysfunction, it really was interesting from a psychological perspective. See more Capturing The Moment M @Jennthereviewer 11/13/2024 The writing and acting of this is SUPERB. The storyline keeps you invested throughout the entire series. The writers did excellent with twists and turns to keep us guessing. Phenomenal acting by the entire cast. Max Irons makes us hate him as Malcolm and cheer when he gets hurt. Jemima did a great job evolving Olivia. Kelsey Grammer did an excellent job making us love the father and wonder why his son was so evil. Every actor invested so much of themselves into their characters and it truly shows. The chemistry of the cast was amazing. Also biggest props to the set designers and props team. I hope they win awards for this.
