This is possibly one of the worst anime i have ever seen, appauling characters, lazy story line that goes LITERALLY NOWHERE, and the animation is pretty dated and pathetic at times. The classic semi-paedophilic fan service is nauseating throughout IF YOU WANT PORN WATCH PORN FFS. How this is rated 18 i have no idea as i have seen more violent and disturbing 12 rated series. I just hated this series throughout tropey dull characters with no depth at all and no real reason to like or dislike eachother everything is just so pointless. If you liked this anime i can only assume it's your first time watching tv or seeing cleavage.

Actual garbage. Horrible pacing, overall just bad voice acting, and 90% of it is just fan service. The characters are flat and have hardly any character, and the few backstories we have were incredibly cringey. Much like the rest of the show, which was also incredibly cringey.

Watching the characters progress as the story went had me on the edge of my seat! I've seen a few anime series that just start off way too slow and seems like it takes forever to get to the plot and that's just not my preference. This had action right out the gate and I was all for it. I really hope we get a season 2

Despite the exaggerated violence, the anime is well developed in history and graphic quality.

HIGH RISE INVASION is a cool concept with some cool designs but this type of story is a recent trend (for some reason), where characters are transported to some alternate universe that looks like our world, and it's been done and being done better elsewhere. Character development is pretty solid, except social status seems to be determined or characterized by their style of underwear that bludgeons its way into the story. Oof. I will always give anime credit where credit's due - they always know how to wrap up with a kick-@$$ end fight.

Literally all fanservice. Crapy English voice acting, terrible pacing, and cringy characters. I read this manga 3 years ago and really loved it but it didn't translate well into the anime. If you wanna watch a hentai with a plot and no "action" this is your show

The characters hasn't reached their full potential in this season, but there's many openings for a season 2. Good amount of blood and violence, if you're more into serious anime. Netflix did a great job with this one. I recommend to watch it, might be confusing at the start which is normal but it's part of the story, to confuse a little the audience and live the story with the characters.

Kind of a cool premise, but horrible pacing, very flat and unbelievable characters, and moments that make you grit your teeth and cringe. The action, plot, and themes make this watchable but other than that I wouldn't recommend the show to anyone.

Just watched the whole season in one go and it's now my favourite anime.

Wavering between 3 and 3.5. It's no Elfenlied - blood level is similar, this one has no tiddies but a fair number, maybe not quite gratuitous levels, of panty shots. Japan needs to find somewhere other than high school for their characters. So yes school girls, no comedy Yakuza as yet, only on episode 6 and that paranoia about over-arching, god-like control (literal God in this one) that seems to lurk in their psyches next to the stripy pants. Maybe it's all the mercury in the fish. Familiar territory.
