Was my memory of the previous seasons too rose coloured? S4Ep1 was disappointing - not a bad storyline but at least 20 minutes too long. Ep 2 was good so I thought we were back to the old heights. But Ep 3 was a shocker - an overly contrived storyline, a coincidence too big to be believed DCI on the same plane as the alleged killer sparking a dream AND involving a wedding) and a flat finish.
