James does an incredible job mentoring and guiding teams while taking zombie properties and turning them into fantastic Seattle reclamations. MDZF is probably the best flipper show I’ve seen to date and way more detail and insight on what it takes to successfully flip a house. And they included a bunch of different types and style of homes that differ from what always seems the same type of house on other shows. Great insight to the Seattle market and James Dainard and team make it a lot more fun to watch.
