Contestants must stand their ground on a massive, interactive LED game floor of squares, each representing a different trivia category. The first challenger, selected at random, must choose one of his or her neighboring opponents to go head-to-head in an epic quiz duel in the opponent's category. The winner takes over the loser's square, gaining valuable ground as they expand their territory, while the loser exits the game. The winner must then choose whether to go on the offensive to dominate more of the board or let The Floor choose a new challenger. The contestant who gains full control over The Floor takes home a life-changing grand prize.

As territory expands, the options for duels also increase—or are limited, for those players who are boxed out on the edges. The possibility of more territory, the episodic bonus, and the time limit all increase the tension. It's a smart format. Go to Full Review Joel Keller Decider 01/03/2024

See more R C @RT38214425 12/20/2024 Very disappointing. 1) Rob Lowe must stop saying thousands of times that they are playing for $250,000. Very boring. Also boring is hitting the tablr thousands of times and saying let's play, very boring. Also the game needs a rule change. Letting a guy hang out through the whole show because he knows the periodic table and everyone's afraid to play with him and then have him win was extremely boring and there were many interesting people who had many interesting personalities who knew a lot about many different subjects and all that one wasted. Fun. 3 things need fixing. 1) Obvious unevenness of questions. They should be even and increase equally in difficulty. 2) Having a show where you can stand for weeks and do nothing and then win with one round is not fully satisfying. 3) Don't let so much time run off when they pass, and if someone answers before the final 1 second ticks off, count it!
