This show is incredibly fun, the guests seem to be the perfect choices, and it's a way to get through quarantine while also having fun.

The creators of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire evidently missed the fact that the first iteration of the show, hosted by Regis Philbin, collapsed in the ratings when the producers started booking "celebrities," who were clearly so dumb that they were allowed to cheat by getting the answers from other celebrities. The fact that the money they "won" went to charity was supposed to be a mitigating factor, but all the interest and suspense went out of the show when celebrities became contestants. The initial success of the show was due to the fact that ordinary, quirky people were in the hot seat, and nobody knew how they would do. So what do the show's creators bring back to prime time? That's right, a celebrity-oriented quiz show. The only difference is that the contestants' obvious need for help is openly acknowledged. They even allowed a celebrity contestant to WITHDRAW A WRONG ANSWER AFTER SHE SAID, "FINAL ANSWER" exposing the fact that this was no longer a quiz show, but a publicity venue for celebrities and near-celebrities.
