This is just basically one giant action scene from start to finish, The story is just about Darkseid and his army coming to earth to destroy it and we have the Justice League not even formed yet, They eventually team up and fight Darkseid, The action was brilliant and entertaining, Darkseid was made to look very threatening and if they decide to bring him to the big screen this is how he should be done, Kids will love the non stop action and there's abit of humour in there too which helps, It's one of the best DC animations out there so don't miss it.

It's vivid and plentiful in action. Justice League: War swoops in with an expressive story and animation centering the formation of the DC-superhero-super-team. 4/5

Exciting and action-packed, Justice League: War re-launches the DC animated universe in the new 52 continuity. The story follows Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, Cyborg and Shazam as they come together and join forces to fight off an alien invasion lead by a tyrannical villain Darkseid. Featuring Alan Tudyk, Jason O'Mara, Michelle Monaghan, and Sean Astin, the voice cast is pretty good. However, some of the characters are off-putting; particularly Green Lantern and Victor Stone/Cyborg. Also, the animation is kind of stiff and the coloring is a little stark. Yet the action is fairly well-done, with several impressive fight sequences. Justice League: War has some weaknesses, but it's entertaining and presents an interesting vision.

Warner Brothers interesting tactic (of focusing on animation rather than live action) bears some tasty offerings and you could do worse than this one. Alien soldiers are attacking the Earth and the heroes discover, each on their own, that fighting singularly is not cutting the mustard, and so they must band together to be effective. The journey keeps one involved (for instance, Batman's intelligence is shown as kind of a superpower) and working together does not come naturally to these loners, making this worth your time if following the supers is a life choice.
