Cousins Francis Garcia and Sal Basille run successful pizza shops in New York, so they must know a thing or two about the popular food because New Yorkers are picky about their pizzas. But it's not just the best pizza pies they're looking for in this series. They leave the Big Apple in search of some of the best food spots in America, from mom-and-pop joints to well-known establishments. Stops on the guys' culinary journey include Chicago, where they look to discover the secrets of the city's famed deep-dish pizza; visiting America's oldest family-owned Italian restaurant in Philadelphia; and Los Angeles, where they try tacos wrapped in tortillas.
