Bobby Bowman is a writer/producer best known for his work on hit TV series like "My Name Is Earl" and "Family Guy." He has written and produced several episodes of "My Name Is Earl," a show about a man (played by Jason Lee) who wins the lottery and, after subsequently losing his ticket in an automobile accident, decides he needs to embark on an odyssey to win back his karma. Bowman had also worked as a staff writer on "Family Guy," brainchild of comic genius Seth McFarlane. Bowman's writing credits for "Family Guy" include such episodes as "One If by Clam, Two If by Sea," in which the owner of a local dive called the Drunken Clam sells to a British investor, leading Peter Griffin and his equally imbecilic cohorts to lead a new (and totally unnecessary) American Revolution against the invading Brits. As with most "Family Guy" episodes, this involves a lot of non sequitur flashback sequences, obscure pop culture references, and moments where the cast intentionally lingers too long on a single joke--all the qualities that make "Family Guy" uniquely hilarious.
