James Mulhauser brought many screenplays to Hollywood throughout the course of his Hollywood career. At the beginning of his career, Mulhauser wrote screenplays for the Tom Mix western "Hidden Gold" (1932) and "Love Letters of a Star" (1936). A talented writer, he proceeded to work on screenplays for "The Dragnet" (1936) and "100 Men and a Girl" (1937) with Deanna Durbin. Later in his career, Mulhauser worked on the Joe E Brown drama "The Gladiator" (1938). Mulhauser passed away in June 1939 at the age of 50.
