John Hiestand was an actor who graced the silver screen many times throughout his Hollywood career. Hiestand began his career with a role in the musical comedy "The Great American Broadcast" (1941) with Alice Faye. He then acted in the crime picture "The Glass Web" (1953) with Edward G Robinson and the Jennifer Jones dramatic adaptation "Good Morning, Miss Dove" (1955). Later in his career, Hiestand appeared in "Is There a Doctor in the House?" (NBC, 1970-71). Hiestand passed away in February 1987 at the age of 80.
