Taya Kyle

Taya Kyle, born on September 4, 1974, is an American author, public speaker, and military widow known for her advocacy work and her connection to the late Navy SEAL Chris Kyle, whose life and legacy were chronicled in the film "American Sniper" (2014). In 2015, Taya published a memoir, which received critical acclaim and contributed to her status as a prominent voice in the veteran community. Beyond her writing, Taya has appeared on several television programs and movies, including "Miss America 2016" (ABC, 2016) and "Dear Rodeo: The Cody Johnson Story" (2021). She has also participated in documentaries and public speaking events aimed at raising awareness about the challenges faced by military families. In addition to her advocacy, Taya co-founded the Chris Kyle Frog Foundation, which focuses on providing support to military families, helping them navigate the challenges of military life. Through her work, Taya Kyle continues to honor her husband's legacy and inspire others with her story of love, loss, and perseverance.
