Walter Röhrig
Prominent figure in the German Expressionist movement and a member of the Berlin Sturm group. Rohrig graduated from stage to film design following WWI and collaborated with Hermann Warm and Walther Reimann on the sets for "The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari" (1919). He later worked, frequently in collaboration with Robert Herlth, on landmark German silent productions including Lang's "Destiny" (1921) and Murnau's "The Last Laugh" (1924).
