Whitney Port

In the glossy, "pseudo-reality" world of MTV's "The Hills" (2006-10), Lauren Conrad may have been the tabloid trendsetter, but it was Whitney Port who was the show's true fashionista. For four seasons of "The Hills," Port was Conrad's fellow intern at Teen Vogue and also her friend who had the least amount of onscreen drama. It did not take long, however, for MTV to develop a spin-off series for her titled "The City" that would follow her to New York City to pursue a career in fashion - a move that finally removed Port out from under Conrad's shadow and into her own spotlight.
