      Movie Info

Two of the biggest animated slackers around, Beavis (Mike Judge) and Butt-head (also Judge) get a kick-start when two crooks steal their TV. On their mission to find a replacement, Beavis and Butt-head wind up in the motel of Muddy Grimes (Bruce Willis), where a case of mistaken identity has them after his wife, Dallas (Demi Moore). Due to misunderstanding Grimes when he says to "do" his wife, the two travel from Las Vegas to Washington, not realizing they've been sent out to kill the woman.

Beavis and Butt-head Do America is the film adaptation of the cult tv show. The film recaptures some of what made the tv show great but the extra length doesn't add anything special. There's funny moments and if you grew up with the show, you will enjoy what's on offer here. I've never been a big fan of tv shows taking the leap to the larger length and Beavis and Butt-head is no exception. Mike Judge gives them plenty of story beats to walk through and some of them are laugh out loud moments. I honestly enjoyed the shorter episodes better and the tv show is a better version of the characters for new fans to explore. 20/07/2020

Mike Judge's MTV-series-adaptation is surprisingly remarkable. Beavis & Butt-Head Do America is so utterly stupid (in character) that's it makes an entertaining and funny script. The film has its hiccups and pointlessness but is enjoyable to those who follow the two metal-heads as well as moviegoers. 3.5/5

Beavis and Butthead are Gods, and while the film may not be as laugh packed as an episode it's worth while. The best scene was in the airplane, which had a fun twist of words. I love how immature this whole thing is. It's the greatest dumb show ever and the movie ain't half bad.

Beavis and Butt-Head Do America always present some funny scenes and lines, what make the movie a nice comedy, but in a lot of the picture are just stupid scenes that should be funny. Rotten.
