P. G @RT34798506 Apr 12 I disagree that this film has no redeeming qualities. I thought the camera work, the audio on dialogue and some of the acting wasn't bad for a low budget film. Despite that, I had a difficult time finishing the movie and I had to skip ahead. The reason? Mainly it was the amateur mix of the music and some sound. Some of the score was so Hot that it was actually heavily distorted, sort of like nails on a chalkboard along with some of the booming sound effects. I'm going to have to assume this was a serious production mistake. I don't know why anyone would do this on purpose because if you were going to use such an approach (for impact) you would likely only use it for a single key scene or two. Otherwise, the audience is just going to get really pissed off at the sound personnel. But, it's over the film much more than that. Heavy Distortion is no replacement for proper audio design.
