Francisco X @RT30222683 04/08/2024 Pseudo-poetic mumbojumbo. This is not a documentary. Not a single explaining on bellotas, ham production or any meaningful aspect of jamón. Wasted time. Only these self entitled people (whose names are for the most part not even mentioned) saying supposedly poetical stuff about food, nature and family, and sometimes Spanish jamón (Italian prosciutto too) with an ominous and very uninspired piano score in the background.
