That used to be your audience. See more 02/17/2022 I've always loved Gaffigan. Watched comedy monster for a laugh. Covid, vacations, parades, look alikes… The shtick is getting old and predictable. Callbacks were lame. He smiled and laughed at his own jokes a lot though. See more 01/29/2022 I've enjoyed Jim's comedy in the past, but this was the least funny, least creative gathering of low-hanging fruit I've ever seen in comedy. It's basically the quality of writing behind any number of these super hero movies, but without the action, CGI, or entertainment. I've never felt like it was more effort for me to sit through the jokes than it was for the comedian to write and perform them, until now. Usually I can see a way to realizing how some people might find a joke funny that didn't land with me, but these were largely just so bland and obvious, it's like he took all the material from satirical talk show hosts over the last year (but not the good ones).
