Blu B @RT43513976 Feb 6 It's a big letdown compared to the first one and the longer it goes the more and more it comes apart. The acting is just alright. The new partner trying to turn this into a buddy cop movie just lands flat. They don't have much chemistry at all, the new partner isn't likeable at all, the supporting cast especially the one FBI guy is as forgettable as they come. The returning cast is pretty much an afterthought. The villians are also just forgettable. Really the biggest thing here is the downgrade in humor. It's ok at best. Most of the laughs you get are in the first half and the rest just doesn't land like the first did. The music is ok. It's odd mix of karoke, forgettable stuff and pop tracks don't really add up to much. Editing and direction is ok at best. It jumps around between the kidnappers and a somehow undercooked just like the first but yet still over complicated kidnapping plot. Everything else is subpar. When It gets closer to them finding the enemy on of the guy wear a woman's outfit which was gross then they went to a drag show which was also gross and they tried to make it funny but that just ruined it because they always feel the need to push their mentally ill rhetoric. Anyway the miss America is captured this guy other guy but Young Gracie and Sam Fuller rescue them. See more Harriet G @RT87198893 Dec 3 I can't believe that this movie has such low ratings. I adore it and it's great to watch if you have had a bad day. I prefer it to the first one although that one is also good. But I love Regina King. She and Sandra Bullock are hilarious together. How can people not laugh when Regina King is pretending to be Tina Turner and Sandra Bullock says, "I still don't understand why I can't be Tina." when they're driving the car and her big pink feather plume is coming out of the sunroof-LOL. I love when Regina King says something about Sandra Bullock acting the way she did because a guy broke up with her and she says, "you just beat them up and move on." It's also hilarious when Regina King says, "men. You can't live with them and you can't... no that's about it."I LMAO when they walk out of the gas station and Sandra Bullock is back in her usual FBI clothing and they play "fire" by the Ohio Players. Sandra Bullock pretending to be Jewish in the nursing home is also uproarious.
