Movie Info

This is an undistinguished, low-budget drama about occult powers in the mind of a middle-aged Chicago barber, Rocky Foscoe (Peter Spelson). Just as Rocky thinks the world is proceeding along quite well, he dashes out of his barbershop in a kind of trance, as though possessed. Once outside he is driven to hunt for a victim and after he has found someone, he kills them with whatever forces are latent in his subconscious. His psychiatrist is ineffectual at best, and it does not take Rocky long to figure out he has a ready-made victim there. But before the population drops below the 1970 census levels, a long chase by Chicago's finest shows off Wacker Drive and promises to end the movie.
