A reminder that creativity doesn't only occur in the glare of the spotlight and that sometimes people and family life are more important than fame or the media. See more 06/21/2012 The Man with the Jazz Guitar is a wonderful documentary about the life of Ken Sykora. His life story is told through a captivating mix of personal memories shared by family and friends, his music, scripts, photographs and animation. The many hobbies, musical and broadcasting talents and family life of this fascinating man kept me interested throughout. If you get the opportunity to see this film I would certainly recommend it. See more 05/17/2012 I got the chance to go and see this documentary about the life of Ken Sykora at The Grand in Clitheroe this week. Having heard about the development of the film through Duncan Sykora ( Ken's son) i was keen to see the end result. It was a fascinating journey through the life of a man dedicated to his art and told by friends and family who knew him well, along with the help of a vast archive of books, records, scripts and tapes from shows that Ken kept over his lifetime.
