09/16/2015 A compact look at a snippet of Usain Bolt's career. There's not much development that can occur in an hour, but the parts that were touched on were well done. I enjoyed watching his form improve as he got older and I loved the bit where he explains what happens to him at each stage of a run. He has maturity and likeability. I admire his ability to have found the balance between hard work and fun.
