Long-distance relationships have challenges that are sometimes difficult to overcome but consider if the distance traveled was halfway around the world and a couple had just 90 days to decide whether the courtship should conclude with marriage. That's the situation facing the men and women profiled in this series, which shares the complexities of international romances. Using a visa that allows foreign fiancees of American citizens to travel to the U.S., the men and women experience life in the States with their prospective mates for the first time. Culture and language barriers must be overcome -- not to mention the stigma of being thought of as mail-order spouses -- but here's the elephant in the room: The couples must marry before the visas expire in 90 days, or else the visitors have to immediately return to their countries. With the clock ticking, these couples discover if their "happily ever after" is meant to be.

alex v @sugarcookie 08/25/2019 I stan Larissa and if you are team Colt, you are a sick person with less personality than the rats that roam your local Popeye's. Olga is such a sweet lady and I hope that Steven's behavior was just TLC frauding because he is so mean to her for no reason. David and Leida are the worst couple to ever be on 90 Day Fiance. They are some of the meanest, most vile people I have ever seen in my life. They literally scarred David's daughter so much that she got a name change and they kicked her out. See more 01/01/2019 This show is a horrid example of passing an auto accident and needing to stare. You can see from the first show which couples will make it and which will not. (although there have been some surprises). This season has many watchers puzzled and annoyed with "STEVEN & OLGA" as steven is dating a russian female pregnant with his child. The 'are you kidding me' couples are colt & larissa. (Larissa states she loves a man from Las Vegas who is certainly far from what most women crave.) Eric & Leida's story talks about a man afraid to be alone so he finds a female about half his age who is from a PROMINENT family and now is moving to the states without her staff. Jonathan and fernanda are the couple the AUDIENCE is hopeful that they will be able to make it. Once you start watching, you might as well finish it. this show is best if you binge, as you can fast forward through the annoying parts.
