02/26/2019 Strong season. Cristina Martinez's episode was a true gem, especially being less famous than many of the other chefs in the series. The ending was particularly moving, and the creative choices for this episode were just splendid. That episode gets a 10/10. Dagdeviren and Songvisava were also very good and very insightful in their stories, and of course the visual storytelling. But Albert Adria's episode fell flat. Disappointing end to the series, though beautiful as always. See more 02/20/2019 I love this show and have watched every episode of every season. Miss me with the SJW stuff in season 5 please. Get back exploring the great talent at the top of the restaurant ranking list. See more 10/15/2018 Episode one turned out to be my all time favorite episode. See more 10/15/2018 Exceptional first episode See more jon c 10/07/2018 Pretentious, Pretentious, Pretentiousness, I like the every day pretentiousness as much as the next IPA, Jay Z brandy, red collared American. Holly hell, the dessert guy who whispers? How about a psychiatric appointment for him, so obvious the childhood scars he carry’s. The pretentious smoldering lettering that comes up to announce each dishes name, sorry PRETENTIOUS! Give me dumbo eating weird guy, or even Camero driving dumb sunglasses wearing weird guy. Jeez? Makes me feel weird watching these shows, like yuk, oooz all over me. Whisper guy toooooooo much, the guy needs professional help, I’m not making jokes here. Maybe film these people as people, you self indulge yourselves, like a six year old at the ice cream bar, with inflated helium bubbles of tobacco aroma Havana scent. Granted, I watched the whole episode of whisper man, but only because I couldn’t believe this would be on TV, much less cable/streaming, did I mention it was PRETENTIOUS! Sorry I got lost in my delicious, delicate, superb, rich, super rich, edible, sugar Havana smoke bubble that I’m going to introduce to the nearest Wendy’s near you.
