Trinity, Texas, is a small town with a population of fewer than 3,000 people. Even with a relative lack of crime compared to big cities, Trinity does have its own police force, which is the focus of "Fat Cops." The workplace reality series follows the on- and off-duty antics of the fun-loving crew. Among the story lines featured in episodes are a search for Trinity's most-wanted, the chief getting in trouble with his wife when he runs into an old flame, and the veterans hazing the department's rookie officer.
