In the past, putting a missing person's picture on a milk carton was one of the most effective ways of locating the person. Now there are shows like "Find Our Missing" that are able to get the word out to a much larger group of people in attempts to find those who have disappeared. Hosted by Emmy-winning actress S. Epatha Merkerson, the hourlong series tells the stories of individuals, from the day they vanished to the search by investigators and loved ones to find them. Each episode profiles one or two people who have gone missing, including insight into their lives from the people who know them best. In addition to providing information into the investigations, the show provides contacts for the specific agencies handling each case.
