If you have ever wondered what it would be like if Dr. Pimple Popper worked with animals, wonder no more. Ohio native and Cornell University graduate Dr. Joya Griffin, a veterinary dermatologist, brings some of her common and bizarre dermatology cases to television. From impacted earwax to oozing cysts and massive hair loss, Dr. Joya and her protégé, Dr. Jeff, look at cases from across the animal world in their Kentucky-based animal dermatology clinic. From a hairless rat to a fair pig, the doctors get to work making sure no pustule or abscess goes undrained as they get their four-legged friends back to living their best lives.

02/27/2022 I turned it off when Dr Joya gave the younger male vet a child-size desk and chair. He did not seem to appreciate her humor. I did not consider it funny either. Truth be told, this was sexism on her part. Harassment isn't only male on female. Plenty of female bosses are nasty witches against their younger male coworkers. That said, the ads about "representation" are hypocritical. Fine, she and the other vet are both black. But ageism and sexism and bullying and harassment and micro-aggressions are front and center for anyone who has eyes to see. The same workplace problems. Beams versus splinters in one's eyes.
