Sets, costumes, scripts, structure: All matter. But mostly, season 5 of The Chosen succeeds because it’s telling a really good story. Go to Full Review

As The Chosen chugs towards its inevitable conclusion, it will build the drama leading to the crucifixion. We just hope that the characters that have been established to this point get a chance to shine in this stage of the story. Go to Full Review

David R @RT44510483 Mar 13 Whoever allowed Phillip to be replaced by Reza Diako should be immediately fired! What a horrible actor! He acts like he doesn’t care or knows how he should act. Disgusting and disrespectful to St. Phillip. The origins runs circles around him and he should not have other roles. Everything is 10/10 except for the horrors of this Phillip’s demeanor and acting. It’s like he’s trying to be facetious and disingenuous. My wife, mother, and father all hated his replacement. So distracting we were hoping for any scenes without him. His scenes with John the Baptist make it sound like he’s sarcastic or is high on weed 😂. Motivates me to become an actor since the bar for such a big role is so shamefully low! Please redo all scenes with Phillip and bring in the other actor as this guy doesn’t care and is a horrid actor that brings shame to the entire show! See more Sam D @WolfmanSam Jan 10 The very best Christian series of all time. I've been a very knowledgeable Sabbath minister for 17 1/2 years and it's word for word as accurate as I am. Thanks Dallas Jenkins and cast. This world really needs Jesus with all of the evil and violence taking place. Godspeed season 6. Thank you Lord for such a blessing. Amen. See more Amanda K @HeartlandReviewer Dec 23 I love The Chosen. The storytelling is rich, the performances are moving, and the series brings fresh insight into familiar stories. It’s inspiring, beautifully produced, and a reminder of why faith-based television can be both compelling and creative.
