Thumbing their noses at highfalutin haute cuisine, these two unconventional cooks kick it old school, traveling the British countryside in a sidecar-equipped motorcycle and preparing traditional dishes with an emphasis on strong flavors, fresh ingredients, and more than just a pat of butter. While these high-calorie meal selections may not be healthy, they sure are delicious.
