MacDonald Parke was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Parke began his career with roles in "The Good Die Young" (1954) with Laurence Harvey, "Summertime" (1955) with Katharine Hepburn and the Peggy Cummins drama "The March Hare" (1956). Parke next focused his career on film, appearing in the action movie "Beyond Mombasa" (1957) with Cornel Wilde, "Hell, Heaven or Hoboken" (1958) and the action film "John Paul Jones" (1959) with Robert Stack. He also appeared in "The Mouse That Roared" (1959) starring Peter Sellersthe James Mason comedic adaptation "A Touch of Larceny" (1960) and the dramatic adaptation "Never Take Sweets From a Stranger" (1960) with Gwen Watford. Later in his career, Parke acted in the Peter Sellers comedy "The Battle of the Sexes" (1960). Parke passed away in July 1960 at the age of 69.
