Newton Blick was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Blick began his career with roles in the David Niven drama "Carrington V.C." (1955), "All at Sea" (1957) with Alec Guinness and the Charles Coburn crime picture "Town on Trial" (1957). Blick then began to rack up a number of film credits, including roles in "The Gypsy and the Gentleman" (1958) with Melina Mercouri, "Man in the Moon" (1960) and the Hardy Kruger comedy "Bachelor of Hearts" (1962). He also appeared in "Term of Trial" (1963) and the dramatic adaptation "Lord Jim" (1965) with Peter O'Toole. Blick was most recently credited in "Morgan" (1966) with Vanessa Redgrave. Blick passed away in October 1965 at the age of 66.
