The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins: Season 1 (2026) 100% 4/5 EDIT “It feels like there’s more than enough here to keep the show running as comforting sitcom that forges an identity separate from that of "30 Rock."” – TheWrap Feb 24, 2026 Full Review America's Team: The Gambler and His Cowboys: Season 1 (2025) 100% EDIT “It all largely serves as a trip down memory lane rather than shining a new light on Jones’ ownership or the team’s larger place in American culture.” – TheWrap Aug 19, 2025 Full Review The Crown: Season 4 (2020) 96% C EDIT “The show seriously falters with Diana... The Crown prides itself on verisimilitude and that starts to fall away in Season 4.” – Collider Nov 9, 2020 Full Review McMillion$: Season 1 (2020) 89% C EDIT “The filmmakers want to have it all with McMillions, but that prevents the docuseries from having focus, which means it only works in fits and starts.” – Collider Jan 28, 2020 Full Review The Righteous Gemstones: Season 1 (2019) 76% 2/5 EDIT “The show doesn't lack style, but it's shockingly weak on substance given its singular setting.” – Collider Dec 3, 2019 Full Review When They See Us: Season 1 (2019) 96% 5/5 EDIT “All of the actors are phenomenal, but special attention has to go to [Jharrel] Jerome, who is a revelation as Korey Wise.” – Collider Dec 3, 2019 Full Review The Crown: Season 3 (2019) 90% 5/5 EDIT “The Crown may put the "prestige" in "prestige television", but it earns every dazzling moment.” – Collider Nov 4, 2019 Full Review Game of Thrones: Season 8, Episode 5 (2019) EDIT “There is a way to get to Daenerys, flying high above King's Landing, deciding to burn the whole thing down even though she's already victorious. But "The Bells" didn't get there. It wasn't even close.” – Collider May 14, 2019 Full Review Game of Thrones: Season 4, Episode 7 (2014) EDIT “For a show that likes to tease big moments and epic action, "Mockingbird" was captivating even though almost every scene was just a conversation between two people.” – Collider Apr 3, 2019 Full Review The West Wing: Season 1 (1999) 96% EDIT “The West Wing is not your typical pilot. It does all the things a good pilot should do, but it does them with such confidence and style that you would think the show had already been running for at least half a season.” – Collider Sep 25, 2018 Full Review The Great British Bake Off: Season 7 (2016) 94% EDIT “If all reality TV were like The Great British Baking Show, I would watch more reality TV. It's warm, friendly, comforting, and it allows you to appreciate the work of regular, hard-working people divorced from ego and self-doubt” – Collider Jun 26, 2018 Full Review Curb Your Enthusiasm: Season 7 (2009) 97% A- EDIT “This new season-long arc isn't only a downright clever idea, but it keeps Curb functioning at its peak.” – Collider Jun 14, 2018 Full Review The Wire: Season 5 (2008) 93% EDIT “Ultimately, the show doesn't even have a moustache-twirling villain. There are just people. David Simon and his brilliant cast and crew did everything in their power to depict these people are honestly and fairly as possible.” – Collider May 22, 2018 Full Review The Wire: Season 1 (2002) 86% EDIT “From the get-go, Simon and Burns proved they had made a show unlike any other.” – Collider Apr 23, 2018 Full Review The Wire: Season 2 (2003) 95% EDIT “Omar continues to be amazing. His courtroom scene in "All Prologue" is unforgettable, and it highlights how The Wire finally began to develop a sense of humor in season two.” – Collider Apr 23, 2018 Full Review The Wire: Season 3 (2004) 100% EDIT “The Wire once again proves it's too smart and too deep to fall into simply cynicism.” – Collider Apr 23, 2018 Full Review Marvel's Runaways: Season 1 (2017) 85% 1/5 EDIT “By casting its focus too broadly, Runaways ends up going nowhere fast.” – Collider Nov 3, 2017 Full Review Burn Notice: Season 3 (2009) 100% B EDIT “When it comes to the show, Burn Notice is one of the best on TV.” – Collider Oct 11, 2017 Full Review Burn Notice: Season 2 (2008) 94% EDIT “It's got great performances (especially from Donovan who should be fielding offers to lead movies at this point), brilliant writing, and rewards both causal and faithful viewing.” – Collider Aug 22, 2017 Full Review House of Cards: Season 4 (2016) 86% 4/5 EDIT “It's a season that provides the roller coaster we expect from House of Cards even if that means it also comes with the same frustrations.” – Collider Mar 10, 2016 Full Review
