Audience Reviews for Doragon bôru Z 4: Super saiyajin da son Gokû (Dragon Ball Z: Lord Slug)

A DBZ remake of the King Piccolo Saga but tons of fun nonetheless. Filled with no-frills action, great animation, and a suitably insane story that still holds up logically (at least, when compared to the other films). Piccolo is a badass and Lord Slug is a very ruthless villain. Nice to see a battle that takes place within a city (most DBZ battles take place on grassy or desert grounds). One of the best entries in the DBZ movie series.

This was the best Dragon Ball Z movie that was ever made at the time of it's release. Lord Slug was a pretty cool villain. The animation was cool, going into the much better animation that came into the show at the time of this movie. The voices were great too. The story is average and with the movie only being 46 minutes long, it could of been awesome if it were longer than that. Overrall it's a good flick.
